Vivo has accelerated its work for its new flagship tablet Pad 3. New leaks have revealed the tablet’s screen and battery specifications. Accordingly, it will have a 13-inch screen and a battery that charges faster than most tablets.
Vivo Pad 3 comes with 13-inch and 3K resolution LCD screen
According to new information from China, the Vivo Pad 3 will feature a 13-inch LCD panel. It was claimed that the screen will experience an increase in resolution compared to the previous 11-inch and 12.8-inch models and will offer 3K resolution. It is also stated that it will increase the experience in terms of usage thanks to its rounded corners.
It will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300. The octa-core chip with a clock speed of up to 3.05GHz, four ARM Cortex-A910 cores and four ARM Cortex-A510 performance cores is powered by the Mali-G715 MC10 GPU.
Another noteworthy update will be on the battery and charging side. Pad 3 is claimed to support 80W fast charging. This means that it can charge almost twice as fast compared to most tablets on the market. However, the battery capacity of the device is unclear for now.
Vivo launched the first Pad in 2022 with an 11-inch 2.5K display and last year’s Pad 2 with a 12.8-inch display and 2.8K resolution. The 13-inch 3K panel on the Pad 3 is thought to provide an even more immersive viewing experience.
As a reminder, the Pad 2 model uses a 12.1-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1800 x 2880 pixels. Offering a refresh rate of 144 Hz and 600 nits brightness, this display also features HDR10 technology to watch videos with high dynamic range.
